Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

We charge flat Rs. 70 for all orders below Rs. 1,000 and offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,000. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Returns
- If you want to place a return request, please go to the Returns Manager

- Mango People offers a hassle free 15 days replacement guarantee (The time frame within which you can exchange a product in case of damaged or wrong products received) It takes 7-12 days for the new replacement/store credit to be issued, after we receive the old product.
