Shipping and Returns



Mango People offers free shipping on all orders above Rs. 2000/-. Order dispatch generally takes 1-3 days for most items. In some cases, it may take up to 7-20 working days, depending upon the availability of a particular product or change in courier policies or due to public holidays.

Want to return an item? No problem. We have made it super easy at to return items without any hassle. Simply go to the Returns Manager, look for your order and select the desired mode of return and replacement option. Once we receive your request, it will be processed and approved by our Returns Team and the selected choice of exchange/replacement/store credits will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.

Mango People offers a hassle free 15 days replacement guarantee* (The time frame within which you can exchange a product in case of damaged or wrong products received) It takes 7-12 days for the new replacement or the store credit to be issued, after we receive the old product. 

Ordered a wrong model/size? The product doesn't match the ordered product? Received a damaged/broken product? Call or mail us and we will have your order undergo an easy and quick return process.

There are two ways in which we accept returns,

1. Reverse Pick-up: We can get a reverse pickup arranged if the product is damaged/different from what has been shown on the website for which you can hand-over the articles to the courier guy along with the original slips, packaging and unused items packed carefully. Once we receive the products in our warehouse, after scanning and quality check, we will give you a replacement of your choice. In exchange of the article, you can either get a STORE CREDIT generated of the same amount that you've paid for or you can get a REPLACEMENT for the same articles. 2. Self-Ship: In some remote areas/pincodes where courier companies do not have a reverse pickup service and therefore, you would have to send the articles back to our return address mentioned above. Please pack the articles carefully and make sure the products are unused, along with the original slips and packaging. You must mail us the tracking details so that we have a record of the parcel. In exchange of the article, you can either get a STORE CREDIT generated of the same amount that you've paid for or you can get a REPLACEMENT for the same articles. As per the company policies, we do not provide cash or bank refunds, in case of any issues regarding refunds, we can provide you with store credits which are valid for unlimited period of time and can be redeemed from your wallet whenever you wish to redeem the amount. However, in case of damaged/broken in transit/wrong products delivered mistakenly, you can contact our support team at 9580958888 and we will help you out regarding refunds for the respective products.

You will receive a replacement product within 3-5 days after we receive the parcel. 

For ‘On-Sale’ products, MangoPeople offers an exchange only if the product arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.

To claim an exchange for a product, please get in touch with us as soon as you take delivery.


MangoPeople accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as net banking payments. We also offer cash on delivery in most cities in India. If COD is not available at your address, the order will automatically get cancelled by our system within 24-48 hours.

Please note: Beware of fraudulent calls, we never call you to participate in any lucky draw contests. Do not share OTP/Account details or transfer money to anyone offering vouchers/lucky draw prizes. If you have received any such calls, please report against those numbers and raise a complaint to the local authorities or online FTC complaint assistant.
