We're looking for someone who is so organized they are going to know our calendar better than we already do. A list maker, scheduling master and deadline obeyer, if you will. Your main tasks will be evaluating upcoming deadlines, tasks, meetings and emails and making sure all of those things get DONE on time! This position is not a creative one, but really.. anytime you’re always around someone who plays with balloons and donuts for a living… it’s bound to be fun! Right!?
Paid position, beginning ASAP.
7-8 hours/day – daytime availability
Must be Noida-based and available for 5-6 days per week at Mango People Studio in Sector 63, Noida
Administrative Tasks – Order Processing, Order Management, Inventory Control, Return Handling, Scheduling, Emails and Invoicing (should be able to assist co-workers if need arises)
- Age- 18+
- Passed 10+2 or a Graduate
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Gmail and it’s applications (calendar, docs, etc.) The candidate can be trained to use the basics of Wordpress/Shopify
- Must have own transportation
- Awesome Organizational Skills
- Self-starter who’s able to go with the flow, multi-task and adapt quickly
